June 1, 2016 – USCYBERCOM Contract Award

uscybercomThe General Services Administration to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) has awarded this 5‑year, multimillion-dollar prime contract to Parsons to deliver services to support the defensive and offensive cyber missions of USCYBERCOM. K3 Solutions LLC will serve as a HUBZone small business subcontractor supporting Parsons. The scope includes capabilities, knowledge, and expertise in the full range of technologies, cyberspace operations, joint operations planning, and training and exercise services needed to support USCYBERCOM’s operational mission. Work will be performed primarily in the greater Washington, DC, metro area.

January 11, 2016 – K3 provides Administrative Support to NIH

K3 Solutions LLC (K3nih-logo) welcomed a new customer into its expanding business base in the new year, supplying administrative support services on the Long Term Administrative Support Contract II (LTASC II) for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as part of the winning contract team led by SAI.

LTASC II is an acquisition vehicle available to all Institutes, Centers, and Offices within NIH to obtain commercially provided administrative services on a long-term basis. NIH uses this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to procure administrative services for a period of at least 12 months on a task order basis. LTASC II, with a contract ceiling of $250M, will support locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area; Baltimore, MD; Arizona; Massachusetts; Michigan; Montana; North Carolina; and Ohio.

November 2, 2015 – K3 launches new website with mobile access

K3 Solutions LLC (K3), a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) consulting services, announced the launch of its new company website. The Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) is considered by many to be the premier conference in the government IT community and brings together the leaders of the government IT community. Senior industry executives and government officials meet at ELC to exchange information, support professional development, improve communications and build partnerships to enhance the government’s ability to serve the nation’s citizenry. ACT-IAC has sponsored the Management of Change (MOC) conference since 1980. It was created by ACT’s predecessor (the Federation of Government Information Processing Councils (FGIPC)) as a forum to bring together government executives from throughout the country and from all levels of government to share ideas, solutions and strategies on the application of information technology to government. MOC provides a forum where program managers, technology managers, acquisition officials and others can work together on real-life challenges and develop practical strategies and initiatives for improving government. MOC also includes a technology showcase that highlights a small number of innovative products and services (participation is through a competitive process). MOC runs from Sunday evening until Tuesday noon and is held in Cambridge, MD in May. Approximately 400 government and industry executives participate.
