Mr. Koo was among 11 individuals recognized for their demonstrated leadership and commitment to public service at the ACT-IAC 2013 Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) in Colonial Williamsburg.
Established in 2001, the Rookie of the Year Award is given to individual from a new IAC member company who, along with his or her company, has been involved in the organization for less than two years. Mr. Koo currently serves as the Chair of the Emerging Technology Shared Interest Group and served as the Mobility Track Lead for the 2012 ELC.
