K3 Solutions LLC (K3) was awarded a Professional Services Schedule (PSS) contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). GSA is the premier procurement source for all federal agencies. Under the new 5-year contract, federal, state, and local government agencies can access K3’s services for services covered under SIN 874 1 Integrated Consulting Services.

GSA’s IT Schedule 70, a widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government, is an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule and provides all DoD and Civilian agencies with information technology and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. GSA IT Schedule 70 supports customers on a worldwide basis, and since there is no maximum order limitation, customers can use the Schedule to support large-scale multi-million dollar efforts. Angel Tree Project in Front Royal, Virginia, to make sure that every child’s Christmas is special.
The Angel Tree Project is a personalized holiday assistance program in which an individual sponsor or group sponsor purchases new clothing and toys for a deserving child (or “Angel”) in need. Every year, thousands of families face the possibility that they may not be able to provide their children with Christmas gifts. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program has been running for over 35 years to ensure that these children have a wonderful holiday season with their families. In 2016, The Salvation Army, with the help of numerous generous sponsors, provided holiday gifts to over 14,000 children in the National Capital Area.
This year, K3 employees “adopted” 28 children in Luray, Virginia, with the hopes that on Christmas morning, they will have smiles on their faces, seeing that Santa has come. This fantastic program was created by the Salvation Army, and it utilizes groups and businesses to help make Christmas the most wonderful time of the year for every family.

K3 Solutions LLC (K3) has been awarded a contract with Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) to provide Section 508 accessibility support. “We are thrilled to add the State of Maryland to our roster of customers and to support their mission,” said Victor Koo, Chief Operating Officer. Under this contract, K3 will work with the Division of Curriculum, Assessment, and Accountability to ensure that online courses and other MSDE related digital resources are accessible to individuals with disabilities. K3 is pleased to announce that its prime partner, Infozen, has been awarded a $208 million contract from the Homeland Security Department’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office of Information Technology. InfoZen will be providing support for the migration of the USCIS application development methodology from a traditional waterfall process to an agile environment and from a silo-based development-deploy-support structure to an agile methodology and DevOps framework. K3 is a partner with Infozen on this award and will be leading the Change, Configuration, and Release Management tasks for this program.
The General Services Administration to support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) has awarded this 5‑year, multimillion-dollar prime contract to Parsons to deliver services to support the defensive and offensive cyber missions of USCYBERCOM. K3 Solutions LLC will serve as a HUBZone small business subcontractor supporting Parsons. The scope includes capabilities, knowledge, and expertise in the full range of technologies, cyberspace operations, joint operations planning, and training and exercise services needed to support USCYBERCOM’s operational mission. Work will be performed primarily in the greater Washington, DC, metro area.
K3 Solutions LLC (K3) welcomed a new customer into its expanding business base in the new year, supplying administrative support services on the Long Term Administrative Support Contract II (LTASC II) for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as part of the winning contract team led by SAI.
LTASC II is an acquisition vehicle available to all Institutes, Centers, and Offices within NIH to obtain commercially provided administrative services on a long-term basis. NIH uses this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to procure administrative services for a period of at least 12 months on a task order basis. LTASC II, with a contract ceiling of $250M, will support locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area; Baltimore, MD; Arizona; Massachusetts; Michigan; Montana; North Carolina; and Ohio.
