K3 is guided by strong values and a spirit of service. We reach beyond office walls to invest our time, money, and individual talents to strengthen and enrich the communities where we live and work. K3 has a dedicated Community Service Director that organizes and plans community service activities for the company. In addition, we encourage our employees to make use of eight hours of additional Paid Time Off to be used for independent volunteer activities.
K3 provides charitable employee volunteer support, in-kind services, and financial contributions to organizations recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as public charities (under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code) or by the National Center for Education Statistics as accredited schools. All organizations that qualify for our support are invited to share opportunities for employee engagement by sending us a message through our Contact Us form.
