Tracy has over 20 years of experience providing IV&V, operational testing, cyber, business intelligence, and IT modernization solutions and services to federal government agencies.

Chief Operating Officer
Victor provides day-to-day leadership and general management to the company and oversees the company’s client portfolio, service delivery, and continued growth and maturity of K3’s Practice Areas.
Victor’s expertise is evident in K3’s development and implementation of solution offerings in the areas of cybersecurity, data analytics, and business intelligence.
Sajjad Ahmad
Chief Growth Officer
Sajjad serves as the Chief Growth Officer for K3 Solutions. He leads Business Development and Marketing/Communications across K3, defines service offerings, oversees partnership/teaming, and supports mergers and acquisitions. With experience spanning nearly two decades, Sajjad strengthens K3 as we pursue our growth journey.
Sajjad is an expert in managing complex organizations, driving growth, strategy development and implementation, financial management, business operations, solution development and delivery of information technology, and consulting services.
